A2: You'd better not. Dye, bleach or restyle will damage the hair badly. So you can choose  the exact style you want.

A3: Usually within 48 hours for stock products, 3-15 days for hot sale ones because we need to produce. Also there maybe 1-2 days delay considered different countries.

A4: Even one color maybe different seen through different tools. Lights also maybe one reason. If you don't want the color, you can ask our service for exchange but the hair must be in the original package with all labels still attached.

A5: It depends. Usually once a week is ok. Twice will be better if you use it frequently.
