Q: Why does the hair extensions getting tangled?
Your hair extensions will get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing out your hair. Make sure to wash &condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. 

Q: Why does the hair extensions getting shedding?
1. After washing the hair, please nurse with some hair oil, then the hair will be silky and soft.
2. Choose the wide-toothed comb; comb it gently so as to prevent shedding.
3. Too much heat may damage the hair.

Normally our virgin hair can last over 2 years, and remy hair can last over one year, the life of non-remy hair is about 6 months.
