2 What format of the file do you need if i want my own design ?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. if you have your own sample , that will be great !

3. why the color is different from the website ?

Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different color.
